The customer service was outstanding. My only complaint is that the blankets were not clean and they smelled like feet. I was so tired and the smell woke me up. I switched the side of the blanket because it was so late and I was exhausted from driving.

The hotel is okay. It needs upgrade. The biggest problem we had was the air conditioning. It was not going on and we needed to have the front desk come inside to turn it in. We felt that this was an unnecessary inconvience.

The room was very clean but the air conditioning was broken and it was very hot.If we don't want to be disturbed by noise, we have to close the window and sleep.There are many restaurants around the hotel with excellent transportation location, and sometimes trains make noises.The breakfast is simple but lively enough to talk to people.Overall suitable for a short break.

Room 123 tv remote is broken can’t change the channel, restroom door won’t close have to slam it, have to let shower run for 5min before it gets hot and the fridge is missing a leg. Breakfast is egg cheese and potatoes and there was no coffee so if your a coffee person go to another place. It a 2 out of 10 for me.

The ceiling was all cracked room 115, the phone line and TV were dead.
They swapped room 110

Patch on the ceiling unfinished, bad patches in the restroom. You need to fire your maintenance guys.
The only good things in the hotel.

Continental breakfast except they didn't serve coffee.

This was a good stay for an overnight business. I got in at 7:30 pm or so, check in was good. Offered me bottled water without cost. The room was clean, although obviously has some age to it, and has its usual wear and tear. Had a nice bed. Breakfast need a bit more protein choices but adequate, waffle maker.

For the price, it is good. The breakfast included is good and have a lots of options to pick. The main thing for the 3-star is the sink is clogged. We made a complaint but was not resolved. Also, we found cockroach in the bed before we left.

Desk staff Jaime was really outstanding. The area around the property has seen better days but wasn’t dangerous. The tub faucet was hooked up backwards and produced tepid water at best. Nonetheless slept well and breakfast was good.

A Place to Sleep, Little Else
This was a late arrival early leave trip, a real stop n go. Check in was very friendly even at 4am as was the desk staff in the morning when we left. The room was clean,water hot but shower head was like needles hitting your skin and didn't adjust. TV only had one station, Comedy Central. Pool and spa were empty, not that I had time to use either and the complimentary breakfast was just a spread of carbs.
