"My room was clean, however, I did notice there was still hair in the sink and water still came out of the faucet when taking a shower. So it felt like a shower bath. When checking in, I was not told they charge for parking nor did I see it in while booking the room. I’m used to breakfast being included with the stay of the hotel. However, the breakfast was not included despite how much you’re paying for the room ($200/night). You have to pay $12 extra if booking online for breakfast and if you don’t include the exact number of people with you, you or them will have to pay for their breakfast. The staff was friendly and loved the woman who waited on me and my children at breakfast. "

"This was such a great space! It was perfect for a long weekend visiting our sons at U of Memphis. This home was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. We did not prepare meals in the kitchen, but we absolutely could have; it was well-equipped. Water pressure in the shower was great, and the beds were very comfortable. The location of this home is excellent if you’re visiting the University of Memphis. It’s super-close! It’s also only a short drive to Overland Park and the city. Very convenient! "

However, there were several pieces of the place falling apart and/or missing (broken chair, broken door handles, broken light switches, no smoke or carbon monoxide alarms but holes where they should have been, and no blanket for fourth bed) and there was a neighbor who, frankly, with his knowledge of the exact home specifications down to missing nails, interest in guest’s activities, and blatant window peeping, can be classified as a stalker.
