"The AC unit in the room rattled loudly, there was no clock at all, no microwave or note pad and pen. The hotel did not provide even a continental breakfast and the onsite restaurant was very expense. The pool was nice, but no hot tub. However, the room was quite and clean. "

"Everything was good until my daughter spotted ants on the baseboards by the beds . talked to staff about a new room wouldn't give me one . had to deal with killing ants my entire trip , could barley sleep because of them ! when i tried to ask / talk to them when it was time to checkout staff was completely rude & was not trying to help or accommodate me !"

"This was such a great space! It was perfect for a long weekend visiting our sons at U of Memphis. This home was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. We did not prepare meals in the kitchen, but we absolutely could have; it was well-equipped. Water pressure in the shower was great, and the beds were very comfortable. The location of this home is excellent if you’re visiting the University of Memphis. It’s super-close! It’s also only a short drive to Overland Park and the city. Very convenient! "

"This house is excellent for a family! We traveled from California to Memphis for a big family trip, and everyone was comfortable. Communication and check-in is easy. It’s perfect for kids, too. All the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, and plenty of space for kids to run around and play. And, the house is lovely on the inside and out! Thank you for a great stay! "
