"The hotel is in a good location. 5 minutes walk to Olive Garden, 10 minutes to Publix/Walgreens. A big hotel. The staff is friendly and benevolent. The numbers leave much to be desired. Old, but it's okay to spend 1-2 nights in the clearing. In my room 326, both beds creaked so much that the whole hotel could hear it. By the way, the neighbors could also be heard perfectly. The coffee machine was broken. It is impossible to find two identical lamps in the room for lighting. Breakfast is limited, but having a snack is not a bad option."

"Considering it is an older property. The lobby area was clean and had a modern appearance in comparison to the room which could use some upgrades. USB outlets, new shades on the window and perhaps some bathroom renovation. The staff was friendly and professional and the breakfast was satisfactory."

"Everything was super clean and the lobby has been nicely updated. You can tell the rooms are more dated, mainly the bathrooms, but the hotel has done a nice job keeping everything very clean. My biggest compliment is the staff. Our stay was due to the proximity to the hospital and urgent appointments we had for my mom. We needed a lot of last minute special requests and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. It was exactly the kindness we needed during this stressful time. Thank-you!"

"We liked everything about the hotel with exception of the room layout. The bedroom area is only separated from the bathroom area by a glass 3/4 wall that provides no privacy for showers or getting ready at the vanity. That also provides for no noise blocking from the shower or someone drying their hair. In addition, the toilet area has a pocket door that provides for no noise blocking if you are in the bedroom, have fun with that."
