Great place . Right by river walk. Can walk a mile all the way to aquarium and cruise ship port. Free coffee in the morning. I wish there are more eatery right by the hotel. But you can walk to other eatery by the river walk or in the downtown area.

Breakfast was not included but the daily amenities fee of $25 that is applied over and above what the room costs covers most of the breakfast cost. Only real negative is that the hotel decor looks a little dated especially the carpets, which could use a refresh.

location was great! riverwalk was right downstairs. hotel proved entertainment and the area looked fantastic. helpful staff and bartenders as well.

The hotel & my room were clean and generally well appointed. The staff was excellent - from the cleaning people, front desk, gift shop and valet - everyone was gracious and happy to help. The hotel structure could use some repairs though: peeling paint in the bathroom, frayed carpet in the room & halls, very well worn floors & walls in the elevator. Also, there was not alarm clock in the room, not any information about room service or onsite restaurant menu or hours. Overall a good spot, especially the location with a river view, but could use a bit of work.
