"Great place to stay if you wanna be right there in downtown Tampa! The view from our room was beautiful with all the lit up trees in downtown. Food, coffee, lounges, and grocery’s are basically 2-4 min walks so everything you need is right there, the room is a mini apartment with washer dryer full fridge dishwasher kitchen appliances too basically any amenities you need they have! The rooms were clean as well as the bathrooms, bed was super comfy and shower pressure was amazing, toilet however was a little weird but I mean nothing out of the ordinary 😂Stayed for a Galentines weekend and had lunch right across at predalinas and it was perfffff! Sundays they do a market right in front of the hotel so that’s something to walk around and enjoy! Staff is super wonderful parking is easy to navigate you just have to find the hotels parking garage (roost and ash share the parking garage) push for a ticket when you first arrive then take the elevator to the lobby and when you check in the charge the parking right to your credit card so no need to tap or pay at the machine in the entrance of the garage, you just enter and go with your key card, and for check out you just drop off your keys at the parking garage exit so super convenient and quick! All in all loved our stay! "
