"First and foremost the staff are super excellent .They treat as a family member : always with a natural smile and warmth in their eyes . With that welcome everything else just becomes irrelevant . The housekeeping team is good ! Rooms are a little small but very efficient and comfortable . Excellent bath and toilet facilities. They helped us with directions, ordered taxis , helped us understand the laundry machines and so on . Nothing was too small for the team . They are quite comfortable with English . Hotel is close to Hiroshima railway station : making it easy to get food and supplies even after midnight ! Very convenient location!! "

Excellent service, clean, a laundromat on 2nd floor, a restaurant with excellent staff and ambiance super close location to a tram stop, Starbucks, 7-11, for convenience shopping. Short walk to Peace Park, and Atomic Dome. One of my favourite hotels of our holiday!"
