"I absolutely love staying at the Victoria hotel .. I have been coming here for over 40 years when I travel to Melbourne. This visit fantastic front desk checking desk staff and check out all staff for parking . Very clean rooms comfortable. I love the breakfast deals attached with the rooms it’s one the best buffet breakfast. ❤️👍 This hotel is central wonderful staff clean and comfortable and we will keep coming back . Thank you for another wonderful stay ."

"The location of this hotel is wonderful 👍 the staff were much more intune with the clientele on Sunday👍 not so much on Saturday unfortunately. The breakfast was lovely , best omelette I have had in a while. Room was nice, beds were comfy Thank you for a lovely stay"

"I had such a great experience at 1 Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You can really tell that they care about the guest experience, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was fantastic. I also loved the hotel’s strong focus on sustainability and its eco-friendly approach. The design feels thoughtful and beautiful, while still being comfortable and inviting. The whole hotel has such a cool, relaxed vibe — stylish without feeling pretentious. The amenities were fantastic as well. The gym was excellent, the pool was a great place to relax, and the day spa was absolutely wonderful. Everything felt well considered and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient. It’s close to DFO, Southern Cross Station, and several tram stops, making it really easy to get around and explore Melbourne. Having everything so accessible was a definite bonus. Overall, 1 Hotel is a fantastic combination of great service, beautiful design, sustainability, amazing amenities, and a convenient location. The friendly staff, attention to detail, cool atmosphere, gym, pool, day spa, and easy access to transport all made for a memorable stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
