"Hotels.com never contacted the hotel about my reservation, but the staff was happy to work with me and get us a room. Friendly staff, clean and large rooms, very well equipped. This is a new hotel and I strongly recommend it if you’re visiting Ramstein or K-Town. Five stars, would stay again!"

"We loved this hotel, we have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world but this one is our favorite. The room was warm, they provided an array of teas and instant cappuccinos. The breakfast was A++++ offering a huge selection of warm and cold breakfast choices, great coffee, and a very welcoming ambiance. "Das Haus aus den 70ern ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und sollte baldmöglichst saniert werden um aktuellen Übernachtungsstandards und vor allem auch den modernen Vorstellungen der Gäste entsprechen zu können. Dafür sind die Preise zum Nächtigen mehr als günstig. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt war es für mich okay, "
