"I am so glad i stayed there. We had the Honeymoon suite. Extremely clean. The staf were so warm and accommodating, i really did not expect it as i had seen and heard horror stories about Frankfurt. My experience was the complete opposite. The use of the airport transfwr was fanastic back n forth to the airport even if we were just going their for ranom things or to get the coach into the city centre. I would highly recommend thia hotel and the food was great (from a black brit)."
"Owner was very welcoming. The property appears to be in process of refurbishment. The room and breakfast area was pleasant and clean. Good breakfast. We were treated with cake while enjoying some wine on the porch. "

The lady at the front desk said it was broken for a while but we were not told upon checkin...come to find we were sent an email that same day about the issue as we are traveling abroad we obviously sometimes are out of cell signal. "Just back from a visit to Idar-Oberstein. Parking was easy, I arrived after 10pm so reception was closed but a staff member was able to quickly get me checked in. Room was perfect for my stay.
Hotel is close to the Felsenkirche and castles. The Norma shop is 2 minutes walk away and there are several places to eat in the square."
