Parking is perfect Restaurant is very good Airconditioning not working, 25 degrees all night. And while receiving via whatsapp a upgrade for 4 euro , at the reception they had NO clue about this. Maybe better inform your staff. I have now booked this hotel 5 times, but this was the last time i have bookes this hotel.

De oorspronkelijke boeking werd pas twee uur voor aankomst telefonisch gemeld niet goed verwerkt te zijn. Gemeld werd dat we omgeboekt waren naar een ander hotel. Dat was wel prima verzorgd. Het is storend dat na alle mededelingen per mail en ook aanmelding, dit niet ook schriftelijk wordt bevestigd.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war ausgewogen und mehr als ausreichend. Das Restaurant mit Weinbar war toll und hatte eine sehr schöne Terasse, die mit viel Grün und Blühendem vom Parkplatz abgegrenzt wurde. Alles in allem würden wir das Hotel für Bad Kreuznach immer wieder wählen, auch wenn es ein Stück außerhalb liegt. Die Strecke kann man gut zu Fuß erledigen.
