The outdoor area with private pool is completely fenced and guarantees you privacy and tranquillity with the scent of pine trees. The interior of the villa is modern and refreshing. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living area with a kitchen and a dining room, from which you have access to the terrace and the pool. On the first floor there are two bathrooms and two comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms. This villa in Premantura is the perfect choice for couples or families with children, and your four-legged pet can also enjoy a holiday here!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt mit Baby und Hund. Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben: wunderschön, mega sauber, super von der Lage (250 m zum Strand). Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie Check in/out verlief reibungslos. Es war unser erster Urlaub mit unserer Tochter und wir kommen sicher nochmal hier her. Eine glatte 10 von 10
