Great hotel with good facilities especially as it’s out of season. The cycling garage is a great addition and one of many reasons I’ve stayed more than once. This hotel could accommodate any type of holiday.

Beaucoup de piscine, cependant en cette période de l'année c'est vraiment dommage qu'il n'y ai pas au moins une piscine extérieure chauffée. Très frustrant pour les enfants qui préfèrent se baigner à l'extérieur. La piscine pour enfant était en rénovation ce qui n'était pas signalé sur le site ce qui est décevant. Belle hôtel avec pleins d'espace. Petit déjeuner copieux avec de bons produits notamment les crêpes. Par contre pour le dîner il faudrait revoir les desserts.

Hotelli oli siisti, hyvällä sijainnilla ja vastaa monenlaisiin tarpeisiin. Sopii lapsiperheille ja pyöräilijöille erinomaisesti. Aamiainen oli runsas ja hyvä, muutoin ruoka oli ihan ok. Palvelu ystävällistä ja lapsille paljon ohjelmaa ja aktiviteetteja.

Ok hotel but offer around makes it a hard choice

The cleanliness of the hotel is a big issue, it is not well cleaned. Also the rooms are becoming dated and not fully well kept, several parts of our room where detached or badly attached and evident (towel hanger for example). The high point of the hotel was a front desk guy, Tomeu, which was super helpful at all points.

Ett fantastiskt hotell.

En fantastisk vecka med sol. Fina och fräscha pooler. Barnen älskade särskilt poolen med studsmattan. Mycket aktiviteter för barnen varje dag. Bra underhållning på kvällarna. Man fick ett armband när man kom. Med det låste man upp hotellrummet, checkade in på frukost-lunch-middag och betalade om man ville ha nåt i supermarket. Väldigt enkelt och smidigt. Vi slapp ha med oss plånboken ner till poolen. Det var nära till stranden, bara nån minuts gångväg. 2 minuter till Lidl och en större supermarket. Bra mat och god irish coffe. I restaurangen stod kocken synligt i mitten och stekte äggen som du ville ha dom till frukost och till middagen stekte han kyckling, kött och fisk framför ögonen på dig. Kändes fräscht och tilltalande. Stort hotellområde som gjorde vår vecka perfekt! Vi kommer tillbaka.

Family friendly at good location

Good service from check in to check out. Nice clean rooms with good balcony for the evenings. Only slight critique is that WiFi coverage could be better. Very good location near the beach, old town and lots of restaurants. Half-board is recommendable as the morning buffet is good. The hotel restaurant is also very good with nice and friendly staff. Happy to stay with 2 children of 6 and 9. The pools are safe and clean, and the life guards are very alert and reacts promptly to any dangerous behavior. Plenty of activities for the kids. Gran bell'albergo di tipo family (quindi con molti bambini) dove però anche famiglie con figli più grandi (o senza) possono trovarsi bene, a due passi dalla spiaggia e a tre dal centro di Port D'Alcudia. La struttura è moderna, ben tenuta e ben organizzata. Il personale è cortese e disponibile. Veramente buono e ben fornito il buffet per i tre pasti dove è impossibile non trovare qualcosa che piaccia. Le camere sono sufficientemente spaziose (in una doppia con letto aggiunto non ci siamo mai calpestati i piedi...anzi). Leggero appunto sul bagno dove la doccia è praticamente a filo con il pavimento e quindi, se si fanno docce lunghe, è facile che invada il pavimento. Altro piccolo appunto (ma davvero piccolo) è sul tipo di cuscini (quasi piatti) e sulla rumorosità del pannello elettrico all'entrata, ma sono cose davvero minime. Siamo stati davvero bene e lo consiglio vivamente.

Buen hotel,pero se ha quedado pequeño. Está demasiado apelotonado todo,no es espacioso. Los peros mas importanes serian las comidas,y el horario de estas. Entiendo que lo destinen bastante al cliente extranjero, pero es demasiado!!! Podrian ofrecer mayor calidad y comida nacional.

Room was good, nice clean modern bathroom with plenty of room. The pools were great, the kids loved them. The only downside was the lack of sun loungers - if you wanted a lay in and leisurely breakfast then there would be no loungers left by the time you get to the pool. The staff were great, especially the ones who help out with the kids - the only exception were the poolside bar staff/waiters who all seemed pretty grumpy (all the time!). All in all would recommend for families with kids - but would not recommend for couples without kids.

El restaurante a la carta es horrible y tanto la piscina como el restaurante y el bar, no van a horario español. A las 22h el restaurante está cerrado y el bufet recogido. A ñas 18’30h cierran piscinas. No entiendo porqué los camareros visten manga larga en agosto, no es normal. La habitacion muy bien pero la cama estaba hundida en el centro. La ubicacion del horel es buena y el trato muy bien.

The hotel was VERY disappointing. It is very old fashioned and dated. The room was small and because it is old the air conditioning is barely adequate and the rooms are not sound proofed. You can hear everything. The pool is very noisy and crowded. The worst thing for me was the lack of seating in the main hotel, other than the lobby there was nowhere really to sit and relax. I sat in the lobby most nights and got eaten by mosquitoes, it’s a real problem. If you don’t want to sit in the noisy outside bar you have to sit in the dated lobby or in the rows of uncomfortable chairs. All in all pretty uncomfortable. I can’t inderatand how this is a 4 start hotel. proximity to the beach.

Very good facilities. Clean , well organizar. Food good. (Very much like similar hotels/all-inclusive) The only comment is availability of gluten free food. Could be more variety, flexibility and adapt to Specific customer need.

Prachtig hotel, zeer kindvriendelijk met peuterspetterbad, kinderservies bij het eten, miniub met vele activiteiten en ook op de kamer alles gereed voor kinderen... Enig minpuntje, wij zaten op twee hoog in een gebouw zonder lift en onze kamer is drie dagen niet gepoetst...
