Comfortable, big room. Located right in Provenza area, it can be very loud especially on weekends so you may consider this for your stay. If you are in the party mood this is a great choice as it is at a walking distance from some of the most popular nightclubs in the city.

Good location if you want to be close to the wild night life. I can sleep well with no noise but there was construction across the street. Very clean with a safe, AC, window, tv, hot water, and friendly staff. I would recommend for an economical stay and night life location.

The walls were very thin so you could hear everything. We had a room next to the lobby and you could hear people talking all night and coming in and out of the hotel, very annoying

Good Location! But the hotel is not very good, front desk service was not friendly at all, the room didn’t have a proper blanket for the bed it won’t cover two people. Not hand towels. The Tv was broken and the internet service was horrible. Very low quality for the price.

At first the customer service was ok, but then it turns out that i was charged twice on my credit card in the hotel restaurant, I noticed it when i got back from my vacation. When i claimed about the double charge they never gave me a straight answer, always making up excuses, like that they have to reach the accounting department, really? Im been waiting a week for somebody get back to me, and still dont give me refund or at least an answer. I just gave up and let my bank to handle this situation. I feel disrespectful as a customer, they really need to handle customer service better. I won’t recommend this hotel at all!

Excelente ubicación pagamos una habitación superior el detalle es que esta frente a la calle y las el ruido de las discos es muy fuerte. A nosotros no nos molesto pero alguien sensible al ruido no dormiria. Son muy amables y gentiles nos atendieron super bien. Muy recomendado.

Las fotos del anuncio no equivalen a lo que es el hotel, el lugar es muy pequeño y no tiene facilidades de lobby, etc. Pero los cuartos estan recien remodelados y tienen aire acondicionado nuevo y agua caliente y todo esta muy limpio. Lo recomiendo, porque si es solo para ir a descansar luego de salir todo el dia, es todo lo que necesitas.

Excelente opción para hospedarte. De las mejores cosas del hotel, aparte de excelente servicio, es estar en la calle peatonal donde se disfruta de la vida nocturna, sin ser afectado por el ruido o el cúmulo de personas. Se encuentra en una zona céntrica desde donde se llega rápido a cualquier lugar, ya sea el norte o el sur.

Excelente ubicación. En el mismo Provenza, a pocos metros de buenos locales de comida y vida nocturna. Muy buena atención por parte del hotel. Por supuesto que volvería a hospedarme acá.
