The location is perfect. I suggest earplugs and eye mask, probably for any hotel. Street noise is constant but I'd stay here again. Great breakfast and close to all my excursion meetup spots.

The staff and service was some of the best i have had. The resturant and rooftop were great for daytime and night relaxing. The best tacos! I would stay here again.

Super Hip

Cool spot in a chic part of town surrounded by western restaurants with high prices. Very hip hotel with a great terrace on the roof and massive portions for all meals. Monster breakfast was included and a 10 minute walk from the metro

Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean, and breakfast is included. Just a note- the rooms are very small and walls can be thin. The first night they had a special event on the rooftop that included super loud music. Second night was quiet. Didn’t bother me too much- probably much quieter and a better quality than other hotels near Poblado.

Hotel is located in a great neighborhood. Close to some great restaurants. We had a corner room and the noise from the street was almost unbearable. People partying all night and cars passing. The room was really small. No blanket on the bed. I would have rated this hotel higher if the noise hadn’t been so bad. Felt like no frills. Felipe was great at the front desk.

Really poor service

The hotel added an extra 5% for a non-Colombian credit card without letting us know. When we realized this and asked for a refund they first made bs excuses ("the exchange rate varies a lot") and then said they'd get back to us, which they never did. Another employee fouled up our taxi to the airport, and the cleaning lady disappeared plastic bags we were using to organize our stuff. Add to this the street noise and bad coffee, and we just would not recommend this place.

Desde recepcion , en el desayuno y personal de limpieza son muy amigables , la zona es muy segura y en los alrededores del hotel un sin fin de restaurantes para todo tipo de presupuesto. hay un supermercado a dos cuadras. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Alejandro que es el encargado del hotel me apoyo mucho asi como todo el staff
