Good and bad, maybe not enough good

The staff were amicable and nice, but so many small things made the stay uncomfortable. There was no hot water the entire first day, I'm surprised with other guests that no one else reported it or it was not addressed until i walked a staff to a shower and they tested it. The shared bathrooms have paper towel dispensers, only one had paper and only for the first day...for 3 nights and 4 days. The room itself had no hook or place to dry my towel since i was in a shared bathroom, i ender up hanging it over the 2 dresser doors. My room had a window.... that opened to the downstairs shared bathroom. Every application of cologne and use of the toilet were didn't go unnoticed. The rail for the shower door is too short so it always fell off the rails and had to be adjusted. Outside of that, it's a 10min walk to the exito, 15 minutes to the el poblado station, close enough to restaurants but far enough away from the noise. There are some perks, but the price didn't quite reflect some of the issues. I wouldn't stay there again.
