Good clean hotel and great staff. Nice bar area to hangout and have a few drinks before starting your evening. Downside no pool on site, however two jacuzzis available just must make reservations for use.

Staff ok, but check-in complicated, miss information about tourist’s IVA and dog documents required. Breakfast perfect. Bar, horrible, we wait 20 minutes to get 2 bad Moscow mule cocktails in an empty place. Bar tender very sleepy !

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice and kind. The room and bathroom were very clean, including the linen. It was easy find and also walking distance to many places around. We took a nice 16 min walk to Santa Fe mall. We included the breakfast but didn’t find it fair that we had to pay for coffee separately. This is the only Con I have for this hotel. If guest include breakfast this should include the coffee as well the only beverage they include is certain juices. I do however, recommend this place and would go back.
