⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Stay – Misleading Listing I booked Hotel Molinos Plaza trusting the information and photos provided on Expedia, but sadly, the experience was unacceptable. Upon arrival, the room was in poor condition: • The TV did not work. • The air conditioning was broken, despite high temperatures. • There was no hot water throughout my stay. • The staff said that is not their responsibility, and when I asked to change rooms, the options provided were in even worse condition. Additionally, the hotel is located in a very noisy, overly commercial area, which was not disclosed clearly in the listing. It’s not a relaxing or safe environment for travelers unfamiliar with the area. I felt completely misled and disappointed. I understand that some bookings are marked non-refundable, but it is unfair and unethical to refuse refunds when the hotel does not provide the basic services it advertises. This is not just a bad experience — it is a consumer rights issue. I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. Expedia should reconsider offering this listing on their platform if they value the trust of their users.

La ubicación es buena, frente a centro comercial y tienda de conveniencia publica. El hotel debe poner especial cuidado en la limpieza de las habitaciones ya que las mantas de la cama tenían manchas y la ducha moho. Lo demás todo bien, hay agua caliente todo el tiempo, la cocineta es adecuada, es un lugar seguro.

Location is excellent Friendly and welcoming staff. Fan wasn’t enough to stay comfortable, windows need screens! was perspiring so much that I didn’t realize my temporary hair color had transferred to pillow case. Guest are responsible for stains on linens and inventory of kitchenware had to pay for 1 broken Glass. (Petty) I know.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to a mall. You can cross the street to buy anything that you need. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful. My room was cozy and clean. I will definitely stay again.
