The mattress was protected by a plastic cover which make Pelops sweat. The window handle was broken and I could not close the window and of course the noise was terrible. The staff was very nice and the property was clean, but need mora details in order to meme the place more pleasant.

Front desk tried to charge an extra 30000 when a friend visited me alluding that it was “not that kind of hotel”. I had to let her know I was “ not that kind of person” Also for whatever reason my door was opened by staff around midnight on one occasion

Not impressed.

Before we booked it says that there is self-service laundry. There isn’t. And it’s expensive to do it through the hotel. Extremely disappointing. It was the only reason we booked the hotel! Also, it says that all staff are bilingual. Not one of them speaks English which made it extremely difficult to ask anything. Wouldn’t stay again

This hotel is clean, the room was spacious, and the staff is very friendly; however, the location is horrible! It is not in a safe neighborhood. There are no places to eat or hang out at night that are close and safe enough to go walking, so you must take a Taxi or Uber to go anywhere after 6pm. The hotel is right in front of a highway, so there is noise almost all throughout the night, and underneath the highway (across from the hotel entrance) there is a community of homeless people.

Located in very bad location, a lot of drug floating around. Endless homeless people for as far as the eye can see. Hotel was very small, no safe and no air conditioning.

Would not recommend

Downtown area with homeless people hanging around the corner. Not the safest area at night. Staff can not speak English so it may be difficult for those who cannot speak Spanish. Breakfast was below par. Room was spacious and had hot water. Laundry service was ridiculously priced too high.

El hotel está bien para unos pocos días

El hotel y las habitaciones muy limpios. Demasiado ruido en la noche lo que impide descansar. La niña de recepción no tiene instrucción de atención ni manejo del cliente. Aunque el servicio de restaurante es independiente la atención es esmerada y es bueno.
