"Our stay at this property was amazing! Everything about this hotel was perfect. Every single staff member was lovely, accommodating, and helpful. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms are immaculate. The pool and spa are fabulous. The restaurants and bars are charming and lovely. The free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes back-and-forth between the downtown area was invaluable. We were a little concerned that the hotel was not right downtown and that we would be out-of-the-way. But that was not an issue at all with the free shuttle. It was also lovely to be a bit outside of the hustle and bustle and the neighborhood is charming and lively itself. We would stay here again and again. "

"Professional and pleasant staff. Clean and spacious rooms and with little noise from the outside. The rooftop bar is nice and the pool and spa area on the 3rd floor is very nice although the corridors leading to the area could do with some freshening up. The hotel is big and busy, but it never felt crowded and we did not have to wait for long for assistance. "

"Lovely friendly staff. Very helpful with tourist info. The room was lovely and adequate for a 2 night stay. It was wonderful to have a balcony. Did not like the centrally climate controlled room, I found it too hot. The pillows were awful. Absolutley no support in them at all. Pillows are so important for a good nights sleep. The walls are a bit thin. We could hear the noise from next door. Despite that we are returning to stay as overall we loved the helpful staff, the comfortable mattress, and the area is really good for transport, supermarkets and good restaurants. "

"We weren’t expecting much from this as a one night cheap stay but the hotel was fantastic - kind and helpful staff, clean and spacious room, great breakfast. The little things impressed us a lot - like a case weighing scale in reception to save faffing at the airport, and screens at reception with flight times. Just nice thoughtful things that would be good to have in other places!"

"Excellent located hotel. We stayed in the northern wing in a nice corner room with great view to the Rossio square. The room was well appointed and immaculate clean. It had an espresso maker with capsules, comfy bed and towels. The towel was brand new, with porcelain tiles and a great rain shower. The location cannot be better within walking distance to major sites and the metro. Highly recommended."
