"The staff when we first checked in was helpful, friendly and informative (absolutely above & beyond!) The rooms themselves could use a little love and updates. And not sure why there were so many Buddha statues everywhere. Otherwise, great location with wonderful staff!"

"I had no idea that moxy has changed my booking and relocated me to elsewhere in the city. I did not consent to that, and the last minute change by one side is unacceptable. This is unethical. The hotel tried to get me equivalent elsewhere, but it is anot about cleanness only. I had my own reason for staying in that hotel. If there is a change, it should be sent to me days ago, not while I am on travelling, on the air. This is very unprofessional and kills basic communication trust. Thanks,"
