It’s looks just like the pictures it was so nice! It’s really like staying at an apartment. Looks like rates have went up since I stayed I am staying at a smaller location when I return but hoping to book this one again soon!

The apartment was nice and clean, and the location is great. The bed and pillows were not our preference. The bed was a full foam mattress and felt hard, especially if you are not used to a bed-in-a-box mattress. Also, there is no TV in the bedroom. Everything else was great.

Great place to stay! Very functional space beautiful appointed with everything you need to cook some meals etc… great fitness center and across st from very good running area and very safe neighborhood. Close enough yet far enough from uptown. Would definitely return!!

We had a great stay at Kasa Dilworth! It really felt like our own little apartment away from home! Very clean and comfy. Getting into the apartment wasn’t difficult (I was a bit worried with the “contact-less” check in!) the codes were sent to my phone and we had no problems! I wish we had more time to check out the pool, but they closed at 7pm! Overall it was a great stay, we would definitely stay here again!

I had a hard time with the code upon initial entry, but once inside (thank you kind resident who let me in), I had a key fob and had no issues. The space was great - it was a 1 bedroom apartment with laundry in the unit (bring your own soap!). The carpet in the living room had a lot of crumbs and needed to be vacuumed, but everything else was terrific. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room, as I had to go to the common area for it (and it wasn't clean and the creamers looked really old). The building had a fitness center, and optional parking in the garage (highly recommend) which was really nice too. The location was very convenient to downtown, and had lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

Our stay was great! Property was very nice, clean, and amenities were great! Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool area. We did love the coffee station every morning. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

The property was nice. It was quiet and had nice amenities. The apartment seemed a little run down though and i wish it would have been within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. But overall i had a great experience and the owners response was amazing if i had any issues. I would definitely go back again.

The hotel was located in a residential area, making it quiet and comfortable, just like being at home. The check-in and check-out process was automated, which made it convenient and efficient. It helped my family create wonderful memories in Charlotte.

It is a really nice, secure place to stay. A little challenging to get access to the physical property at first as this is a virtual desk service. However, once acclimated, it’s terrific.The amentites here are top notch. Location is fantastic. Parking garage is safe and secure. Highly recommend.

The online check in process is a little complicated for old folks like us, but they gave us very good directions and if you follow the directions step by step, it works. Once in the door, it was an A all the way. Not one bad thing to say about this property. Everything was good and we would stay there again.

Great price, location and amenities!

We had a great stay. My daughters qnd I stayed here because my husband had surgery at Novant Presbyterian Hospital. Kasa Dilworth is less than 2 miles yo the hospital. It was spacious, clean, and priced well. Everything we needed for a three night stay was provided. The grounds and pool area looked really nice even though we didn't use them. It is right next to a park with walking trails.

I truly enjoyed my stay in Kasa Dilworth and honestly it is one of the best experiences I have had. The rooms are super spacious and clean, and they do an excellent job in keeping customer’s privacy (for example, they have washer and dryer unit in each room) and a quiet environment (the sound-proofing is top notch). They provide you with most of the things you need. The facilities are also impressive: the pool, the game room, the roof, etc. If I were to go to Charlotte again, I would stay in Kasa Dilworth without a doubt. It is truly a wonderful stay and they deserve all the good comments.
