Room very spacious and clean . All the staff were very nice, professional and helpful. Valet service a little pricey but Josh, Chase and Evan were outstanding and very quick to retrieve our vehicles when needed.

You can't beat the location if you are going to an event at the Spectrum Center. Breakfast was great and had good variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 2 Queen Suite with three people. There was plenty of room. You could reasonably fit six people in there with the pull out. Room was clean and A/C worked great.

From the location to front desk to housekeeping was awesome. Rooms clean and the sofa bed was clean! I think that is often forgotten during the cleaning but not on this stay! Definitely would recommend! If I’m ever in Charlotte again this will be my choice!

The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. However, the train tracks are right outside and you can hear the whistles all night as well as street noise. The other problem which can be easily remedied is there is not nearly enough room to sit in the breakfast room. Only a handful of tables and chairs and a large couch. They need many more chairs and tables for the droves of people all wanting to sit and eat. Also, the $55 overnight parking fee is absolutely absurd!

We enjoyed our stay here for the most part. Our room was right above the train tracks which ran late into the night and early in the morning, so that was a bit disruptive. Our water was also brown when first turning on the sink, shower, and flushing the toilet, but then that cleared up. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was free, and we loved the location! We were also given an early check-in which was so helpful! We would stay here again.
