  • This quaint, rural 1 acre homestead in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range is in a centralized location close to historic places, golf, restaurants, galleries, shopping, lakes & rivers, a 15 minute drive away. 45 minutes away from concerts, opera, ballet, and Old town Sacramento, capital of California. This home hosts a billiard room, Xbox, horseshoes, and other games or just sit out on the deck, cookout, and watch the wildlife with a glass of wine. Pet friendly, wheelchair accessible, & ample parking. The land has been set aside as a wildlife preserve along with Meadow Vista Bird Sanctuary. Perfect for birders and wildlife photographers. Very old, large Champange Grapevine has been reclaimed from years ago, a sight to see!
