"Our second time staying here was just as wonderful as the first. This time, we took our dog with us and it was so dog friendly with the gated porch for him to enjoy! Dale brought out a motor to attach to the row boat so we could go fishing which was great. We even saw some dolphins while we were out! We also went out kayaking later in the day. If you stay, you HAVE to try Carol’s clam chowder recipe in the binder. So delicious! "

"What a train wreck. This host destroyed our family trip. Took out money and then never responded. Disconnected his phone, padlock on gate to property. With the festival, there was no other properties available."

Unexpected yet amazing mattress in a pull out couch, that has an air mattress topper for amazing comfort and the best view. "Definitely worked for us since it was a smaller group, but still tight. It was clean but not stocked with typical necessities. There isn’t a store on the island ( other than a tiny marina store) so I would have liked to have been prepared prior to coming. We didn’t receive any information until the morning we were traveling. Loved our host though, very communicative and caring! "
