"Such a great stay at the Huckleberry Cabin! So cozy, clean, and comfortable. Great amenities - really appreciated the cooktop, pots and pans, fridge with freezer, and 4-cup coffee maker complete with regular and decaf coffee. Made it easy to make easy meals - the frozen skillet meals were so easy with this set up. The Queen bed was comfortable and bedroom was nice and private with a door separating the living area. The hot tub was an added bonus and just a quick walk from the cabin (the hot tub is behind the owner’s garage, but completely private and they don’t use it while guests are staying). We had fresh snow, but we were still able to enjoy some of the trails (the gnome trail was our favorite). The resident kitty, Timber, was such a sweetheart and greeted us upon arrival. I had to work remotely one day and the internet worked well. Not much around for food, so highly recommend grocery shopping on your way in. The Spencer Lake Bar and Grill was good and had nice views of the lake. Thank you, Ruth and Scott! "

"This was the perfect place for our annual family gathering - right on the water with enough different spaces for kids and adults to gather and enjoy each others' company in small groups or all together. Loved watching the ferry as well as looking for the seal that visited regularly."

"What a train wreck. This host destroyed our family trip. Took out money and then never responded. Disconnected his phone, padlock on gate to property. With the festival, there was no other properties available."

"Amazing, something for everyone in our family (4 adults, 4 teens, and a preteen) Magical sunsets, amazing wildlife experiences. Unexpected yet amazing mattress in a pull out couch, that has an air mattress topper for amazing comfort and the best view. Came during the Summer, but want to come back for storm season in the Winter now"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this home, loving the gorgeous sunsets, the new hot tub, and floating out on the water in the provided rafts. The Vacasa staff was very responsive to any issues we had. The landscaping with the property was well done and created a nice outdoor ambience. Our one major complaint are the carpets. The home has white carpets and particularly the upstairs carpets were covered in dirt and stains. The carpet is in need of a professional cleaning and several of our guest were grossed out to walk barefoot around the home."
