"Spacious rooms with above average amenities. Beautiful views. Quiet setting. Friendly staff. BEST shuttle service! We do some light grocery shopping and plan to make our breakfast with coffee to enjoy on the balcony since the on-property areas do not open until later. After that the options are almost endless."

"This was such a great hotel for our family. The kids had fun at the arcade. The pools were the perfect temperature. Hot tubs were great. We had such a relaxing time. My only critique would be that I wish the bar across from the arcade was open and our room didn’t have AC."

"We rented this house for the week. We are fairly regular VRBO users. This house was simply great! Scott, the propertymanager, was excellent to deal with and was very accessible. If we had a question, he was prompt with his response. The property was clean and just beautiful! Great deck out back, and we even witnessed a black bear while we were there. We highly recommend this property and any property really that Scott manages. Every detail was considered. Thank you, Scott, for a great stay! We hope to return soon!"

"We say enough good things about this property. We loved the location that was just slightly over Hoosier Pass. It was quick 12 minutes drive to both FairPlay and Breckenridge. This property was clean and well laid out for us. Beds were all very comfortable. The lower level basement room was perfect and convenient for my husband and me and our dogs as it was right by the front door. Your dogs must be on leash or off-leash reliable here as there is no fenced in yard. Our other family members took over the 3rd floor so we all had good separation. We did not use the bedroom on the 2nd floor but it was where the access to the hot tub was. Plenty of room for all of us to sit and watch TV. Living room furniture was comfy. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. We cooked a lot during our stay. The hot tub was a big plus after long days of driving or hiking.If you are coming to the Breckenridge area, look no further. Communication from the host was excellent and check in procedure very easy. We plan to make this rental our go-to when we come back to Breckenridge."

"Our stay was perfect. Cabin is comfortable and perfectly located minutes drive to Breck and Mt Quandry trailhead. Absolute beautiful views of Mt Quandry from the back porch and hot tub. Cabin offers privacy and seclusion from neighbors with lots of trees surrounding the property. Carrie was quick to respond to our messages."
