Great location with a beautiful mountain view. The unit is a bit outdated, but the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of supplies. The check-in process was very smooth, and the staff was friendly — we even received our apartment earlier than expected, which was a nice bonus. What I didn’t like about this rental concept is that guests are required to make the beds, take out the trash, and leave all utensils in the dishwasher before leaving. However, for those who enjoy this style of stay and are traveling with larger groups or parties, it’s a good option.

Annual family ski trip

Beautiful place! This is our 2nd time staying at the resort. We stayed at the 3bedroom, 3 bath townhouse for our annual family ski trip. We love that it’s only 10 minutes into town with a pretty scenic drive. It’s dog friendly and affordable! The staff was professional and welcoming to us.

The condo had a nice mountain vieq from the terrace deck. Mostly a quiet resort, accomodated by a single garage, accessing the condo easily. The kitchen rooms had the essentials, slow cooker, toaster, and dinnerware settings for 4 people. The coffee maker could use an upgrade, it wasn't great when dispensing the coffee. The bedrooms and living areas were comfortable, bathroom and showers were fine. We saved money preparing our own meals most of the time there. Breckenridge is expensive to eat out all the time, so buying groceries was a necessity. We'd recommend this resort for sure.

Great mountain views. Great layout and spacious. Kitchen was perfectly equipped, appliances pretty new. Loved the fireplace. Bus picks up right at the resort and takes takes you right to the gondola to ski. Negatives: Hot tub in the building was under filled and not very clean. Beds are very stiff.

Quiet and Comfortable stay with beautiful views

Pros Was warmly welcomed and checked in, even though we arrived an hour earlier than their official check-in time. We stayed in 7G. Room was very spacious, with large bedroom, comfortable king bed, big hot tub in the room, 1.5 baths. Large living room, large kitchen and dining area, decent-sized balcony with beautiful mountain view. It was very quiet and a relaxing stay. Cons Unit 7G is on the 3rd floor and since there are no elevators, we had to walk up and down the stairs, carrying heavy luggage. Since we're not used to the high elevation/thin air, both my wife and I were panting heavily each time at the top of the stairs, even though we're both very active individuals.
