"Great location,Great front desk attendants (manager Melinda and the other two men were awesome!) the pool area was great and fun games for kids. They just need updated rooms. The one that we got was from 1970s and inspired by a western Indian theme that felt very dated. They could really benefit from a West Elm designer to bring the rooms into a modern mountain cabin feel. The Denver West Elm team would be more than happy to help with any design services for free!"

"The house was clean and stocked with everything you could need. We had a large family group, 9 adults and 5 children, and there was room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. We loved that the house had 3 master suites plus another king room, in addition to all the bunk beds for kids. The host was responsive to questions, and stayed in touch. We had a wonderful stay!"

"Overall the property fit our needs. The home needs some appliance and other repairs (dishwasher, oven, built-in microwave were not working, the ice dispenser in the refrigerator did not work nor the island pendants). For the price per night, the tissues were a VERY poor quality and we were not supplied full boxes. The box of tissues in the main floor master had 2 tissues left in the box. Yes, I should have asked property management for for more! The shampoo and conditioner supplied were so small, they didn't last the week. The soap bars were so small, they didn't last the week. Glad I brought full size bars of soap and my shampoo and conditioner! Lots of the plates and bowls were chipped and probably need to be replaced."
