"The room was clean the stuff was amazing they were extremely helpful. Parking is a real struggle in mardin but they helped us to find parking. It was a great experience we had. We only wish they had crib for baby it will be better but we managed it well. "

The only thing I did not like about the place is the fact that whatever they wash towels and bed sheets with, has a bad smell that annoys you all night . "We have traveled to many parts of the world and have stayed in many hotels. I can easily say that this hotel and the services we received was, by far, the best experience. The manger was super helpful and available to help in any way possible. I want to especially thank the gentleman at the check-in desk. Even though we didn't speak each other's language, he made us feel at home and interacting with family. He went out of his way to be helpful to us. I can't wait to come back to not only this hotel but also to see the staff again. Thank you for making us feel so special and welcomed. "
