Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich freundliche Personal, das den Aufenthalt unvergesslich macht. Die Lage ist perfekt, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar und die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen sicher wieder!"

"What a joke of a hotel. Expedia shows it right in the heart of Mardin Old City, but surprise—it’s actually 5 miles away in the middle of nowhere. Total false advertising. When I pointed this out, the receptionist couldn’t care less. He was loud, rude, and basically told me “not my problem, talk to Expedia, take it or leave it.” Wow, amazing customer service. If you enjoy being lied to, treated like garbage, and stranded far from the location you actually paid for, this is the perfect place for...

"The staff is wonderfull here. The lpcation is right in the center so you can walk anywhere from here. The manager was so kind that he even brpught cut fruit even though the resturant was closed. "

"Otel labirent gibi. İnanılmaz basık ve iç daraltıcı. Kaldığımız oda çok küçüktü. Kıyafet koymak için dolap ve çöp yoktu. Kahvaltı yetersiz ve personel çok deneyimsizdi. Bir gece kaldığım için çok sıkıntı olmadı ama uzun süreli kalmaya hiç uygun değil. "

"5 gun boyunca konakladigimiz Agaoglu Han otelde hic birseyden memnun kalmadik. Banyo tuvalet odanin icinde bir paravanla ayrilmis. Kucuk bir pencere disinda havalandirma yok. Dus aldiginizda her yer su icinde kaliyor ve nemden, gider kokusundan oda da durulmuyor. Giriste iki sise sampuan verdiler sonra zar zor havlu ve sampuan alabildik. Kahvalti saatinin bitmesine 5 dk varken restorana inmemize ragmen, yarim saat hazirlanma suresi var diyerek kahvalti vermediler. Kisacasi hic memnun kalmadik....
