"This was a fantastic place to stay. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful . We had a great taxi tour and would recommend doing this. Great value for the tour.
The hotel was up the top end of town and easy walk to the sites. "

"÷ Nothing was as described and for everything we mentioned they said it was not them who had put the wrong information and that it was hotels.com fault. No parking on spot included and we had to pay to park far away from the hotel. The family room did not have the amount of bed described so we got given a bent sparebed instead. No welcome drink or suprise for the kids as mentioned. Did not see anything to make it a kid friendly
hotel. Dirty shower. Loud music until 24.00. Reseptionist more busy...

"My partner and I stayed in the king suite, Maridin Room. It was a gorgeously appointed room and the hammam themed barhroom was delightful! The real crowning jewel was the palatial terrace. We felt like royalty being able to relax out there looking over the Mesopotamian plains. The staff were very patient and helpful with us using translation apps, as neither of us spoke much Turkish or Kurdish. While few of them spoke any english, we got along without any trouble. They were very kind! I highly recommend staying here!"
