Havaalanına çok yakın bir konumda bulunan bu otel, eski Mardin'e sadece 20 dakikalık mesafede,odalar son derece temiz ve düzenli, misafirlerin rahatlığı için özenle hazırlanmış. Personel ise oldukça tecrübeli ve yardımsever; Kahvaltıda yöresel lezzetler olmasa da sunulan seçenekler gayet makul. Özellikle mutfak ekibi, sıcak yiyecekleri (örneğin patates ve sebze kızartmaları) taze bir şekilde hazırlayıp servis ediyor. Eğer Mardin’de bilinen ve rahat bir otel arıyorsanız, burası sizin için ideal bir tercih olabilir.

Hijyen Konusunda Efsane Otel

4 arkadaş günlerce otel aradık ve puana göre en uygun olanı bulduk. Çok beklentimiz yoktu ancak beklentinin baya üzerindeydi. Odalar fazlasıyla temizdi ve kahvaltısı güzeldi. Resepsiyon oldukça güzel ilgilendi. Otele gidiyorsanız kesinlikle masaj, kese yaptırmanızı öneririm hamam, havuz gibi bölgeler oldukça temizdi.

otel yeni ve güzeldi ancak hizmet konusunda eksikler vardı. gece klimalar kapatılıyor 35-40 derece sıcakta klima kapatılmaması gerekiyor. oda temizleniyor ancak havlular bile değiştirilmemişti.

Otele akşam 7 de gittigimizde giris icin 1 saate yakin beklettiler , 2 kisilik suit oda yerine 3 kisilik oda verdiler ve bu konuda bilgi bile vermediler. Odalarin yalitimi yok yan oda gece yarisina kadar gürültü yapti. Odada su bile yoktu 2 adet 33 lük su yolladilar cikista da 20tl istediler su için. Otel işletmek icin , bilgili ve ilgili bu işi yapabilecek personel gerekiyor binayi yapmakla otel olunmuyor.

Very small size triple room , the air conditioner not functioning, calling reception several times not coming to fix the problem we slept with open windows which was uncomfortable. Breakfast was very limited, not Buffet we asked mneme and omelet but unfortunately they served us only boiled egg . The swimming pool was very nice, clean warm water . The worst thing that at check out they asked us 75 liras for water bottles which was shame for a five star hotel to provide only one bottle free ...

On a passer un très bon séjour dans cette hôtel tous était parfais, le personnel, le déjeuné, la propreté, la chambre bien spacieuse le confort puis l’emplacement aussi on était pas loin de l’ancienne ville de Mardin qui était aussi magnifique, l’hôtel vaut c’est étoile et je reviendrais sans hésité👍 Merci pour tous
