"Great location. Good views of Lake Atitlan from the porch. Very secure location. Hostess was most responsive. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Remember to bring basic ingredients and groceries. Most of it is available at small street side stores five minutes from the house. Tuc tucs are readily available to travel into town or to local restaurants. There’s an Italian bistro within five minutes but it was closed Monday and Tuesday. One issue is a steep walk and three flights of stairs to reach the apartment. If you’re carrying luggage it can be a little difficult. The caretaker was helpful and immediately assisted with the luggage. It’s best to have one person remain at the street level with the luggage while the other goes up to the entry door and rings the bell. The caretaker who opens yhe door will help with the luggage if requested. Overall a very positive experience. The shower was exceptional and there’s hot water. There’s a hammock on the porch and gardens to walk around. "

"The manager was very kind and friendly. I had a lovely view of the beautiful garden and the lake in the distance. There was a problem with the toilet, but he fixed it right away. I had a hot water shower, my first in Guatemala! Yay! I"

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Although I only stayed for one night, I wish I could have extended my visit. The staff were extremely accommodating and offered outstanding customer service. The location felt very safe, with many small stores and charming cafés nearby. The hotel was spotless, had a pleasant fragrance throughout, and the restaurant served excellent food. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful touch. Axwell was amazing, he escorted us to our apartment and helped with our luggage and was available through text before and during our arrival to help with questions and to coordinating our stay. "I truly loved my stay here. It exceeded my expectations. The amenities were amazing, from the complimentary breakfast to direct lake access with included kayaks. Being able to bring my pet along made it even better! The staff were wonderful, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The rooms were beautiful, very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The property itself is stunning. Perfect for spending time outdoors, connecting with nature, and taking in the peaceful views. The free breakfast was traditional, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!"
