Axwell was amazing, he escorted us to our apartment and helped with our luggage and was available through text before and during our arrival to help with questions and to coordinating our stay. Tips:petit déjeuner local ou continental (sur demande) apporté sur votre terrasse par Alice ou Mona(excellentes manageuses avec de nombreux conseils) sans compter une vue imprenable face aux volcans du lac, et les condors qui frôlent votre yourte."

"I truly loved my stay here. It exceeded my expectations. The amenities were amazing, from the complimentary breakfast to direct lake access with included kayaks. Being able to bring my pet along made it even better! The staff were wonderful, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The rooms were beautiful, very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The property itself is stunning. Perfect for spending time outdoors, connecting with nature, and taking in the peaceful views. The free breakfast was traditional, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!"
