"Staff was great, super friendly and accommodating. The pool/jacuzzi not in working condition as shown. Restaurant was closed and the terrace was closed as well. They could not locate the reservation done through Expedia either"

"Lots of stairs, as it is throughout the lake but the staff was so helpful and sweet! Great service! Room was comfy and spacious. Overall a great stay! Also the breakfast included was delicious and a decent size meal !!!"
