Very good hotel. Not exactly cheap (83€) but worth it. Clean, staff friendly, and the whole hotel is very cute with a lot of Latin American atmosphere and design. Parking available on the backside, or just in front along the street. Very good location, Plaza Central, cathedral, supermarket and bank within just a few meters, what else does a tourist need...?
Nice quiet place friendly people excellent services

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
The staff were polite and kind. The outdoor patio was nice and enjoyable. Unfortunately, we had to shower in cold water and we could hear all the noise from the party across the street.

Great place to stay. I highly recommend this place
Firstly, when we checked in, the receptionist charged us over 400 Q extra as there were 2 of us (later reduced to 270Q). Starting at 7:00-11:00pm there was party with extremely loud music so we could not sleep well the first night. Although breakfast was included we had avena and asked for fruit as well. We were charged 72Q for that. All in all it was unpleasant.
Very nice please the bar was amazing good service !!!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
They can do better
Shower door got stuck all the time,WiFi is to slow,no pool time after 10:pm but they have live music after 10:00 pm? Tables are to close to the rooms no privacy

The people was very kínd and the location for out visit was great.
Very good location, very clean hotel, the foods is ok but should improve the menu, just a handful of options available, showers are very bad, water is cold and hot with out control.
So after 6 hours of driving (2 hours in terrible traffic) I get to the most expensive hotel we had booked in our trip and expect to relax in the pool and have a nice cold beer.
I get to the counter and the gentleman looks at his piece of paper (not computer) and tells me they are overbooked and he needs to send me to his sister hotel. I garner all my Spanish skills to explain to him that I have booked this hotel, I have got a confirmation from this hotel and that I was going to stay at this hotel. He argues a bit and bit and then starts typing on his computer. After almost 30 minutes of him not communicating anything to me, he just shows up with the VERY nice manager who apologizes and tells me we are getting a room. Great ! Hotel has redeemed itself... Nope.
We get set up in the room and enjoy a very decent meal at the hotel restaurant. go up to the room, relax and go to sleep. This is where it all goes to heck,,, They have put us (a family with a 2 year old) in the room right over the bar. So first night gets quite loud but everything calms down around 10:00 pm. So we think no big deal. The following night was INSANELY loud; music blasting, people screaming until at least 12:30 am. I took videos just to prove how insane it was.Our kid kept getting woken up every half hour.
TL;DR:
1) We got a good price on a room, hotel tried sending us elsewhere.
2) They put a family with a 2 yr old in the room right over their bar with blasting music until well after midnight.
