They basically said no they had no staff right now. Furthermore, the room was "clean" but it definitely looked shabby. The front door had streaks of dirt on it. The bathroom grout was grey, and the sink was not particularly clean."

"Maintenance needed in several areas on the property - bath tub had two different types of paints in parts, hall floor in front of the elevator on the 5th floor seemed hollow/damaged in one part, when the AC turned on it smelled like cigarette smoke (and the AC was quite loud). The staff were very helpful and nice."
