"We reserved a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke! We were given another room, which was just the same. Since it was late, it wasn’t possible to find another hotel, so we had to stay in the smoky “non-smoking” room. The food was included in the stay, but we still ended up paying a dinner fee — so much for “included.” The only thing nice was the view. "

"夕食の提供はないが朝食は1人800円プラスで食べることが出来る。(朝6時から9時までの提供) 共有スペースにはレンジとトースター、お湯ポット、無料の水と紙コップ、割り箸とスプーンがあり、夜の23時を過ぎても無料で利用ができた。ありがたい。 館内は静かで過ごしやすかった。 また伺いたい。"

"新しいホテルなのか、清潔感があり大変良かったです。大浴場もあり気持ちよかったです。 駅から離れてましたがここにしてよかったです。 朝食も9時までだったのですが、5分前くらいに駆け込んだ時も、入れてくれて、片付けを一時ストップして対応くださり感謝してます。"

"Room was clean and comfortable. Small compared to North American hotels, but standard for the price point in Japan. Fun location if you want to be close to nightlife. It’s surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, clubs etc. but the room was quiet with no outside noise. Close to train station, 5 minute walk to the subway that connects to the JR lines and Sendai station. "
