The location of the hotel is good. We can travel with any transportation means nearby. Shopping is easy accessible. We enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel. The food is fresh and delicious. However, if there is some change of the food will be much great. We can enjoy a clean room and artificial hot spring.

This is a keeper

I stayed at this hotel two years ago and was impressed enough to come back. I was not disappointed the second time. The room is exactly what I needed, the staff are friendly and it is a great location. If you come to Sendai you will not be disappointed staying here.

Excellent value for money & great location

Hotel Monte Hermana is near Sendai Station, easily reachable by elevated walkway directly to Reception. Check-in was smooth and fast. The offer of a welcome drink was very generous. The choice was Lemon Sour, beer, Gin Lime or soft drinks. not just a bottle of water. Security was good, the door to each floor only opening after swiping the key card. The room was larger than usual, as was the TV. The free bottle of water in the room was very welcome. The room was quiet despite being near a busy main street. I did not try the breakfast, but I enjoyed beginning my day with s nice hot public bath snd sauna on the 9th floor. Excellent value for money in a city where hotel prices have skyrocketed recently!

I live in 4 night, two days of drinking machine is not working. One day cleaning is bad, the staff do not clean the rubbish bin. Also, the staff only give 1 water to me even i have 2 people. The good thing is near the JR station and easy to walk to there

イベント客で浴場利用時間が重なったせいか、10：30過ぎで20人待ち。順番にお呼びしますと言う事で部屋で待つ事に。その時間からだと最終利用時間を過ぎてしまうが、希望の全ての方が利用し終わるまで営業しますと。 利用できたのは12：30。その時点でまだ10人以上待ち。 スタッフの女性は終了後清掃して、翌朝6時からまた勤務との事。寝れないですねと言ったら、頑張りますと笑顔で。 本当に素晴らしいホスピタリティ。ありがとうございました。お疲れ様でした。

仙台駅直近で駅との間は回廊でつながっており、とても便利。ベッドサイズが部屋のわりに大きく少し窮屈な印象を持ったが特に問題にはならない。フロアの出入りも部屋のカードキーで管理されていて、安心。食事や買い物も駅ビルや駅前の店を利用できるので、特に不便はない。大浴場（と言っても小さい銭湯程度だけど）も良いかな。
