温泉はキレイで良かった。マッサージ無料で利用しました。ただ、風呂場にあった化粧水やクリームが無いので、朝、お風呂に入らないのに1階の風呂場まで化粧水を肌につけるために行きました。部屋に無いとわかっていたら最初から用意しました。

旅行者にとても優しいホテル

早朝に松本に到着したのでホテルで手荷物を依頼。快く預かって貰えて気が楽になる。夕方にチェックインの際、荷物を手元まで持って来てくれました。温泉は気持ちよく入ることが出来、肌もすべすべになりました。翌朝は、レンタルサイクルで市中を見学し、その後の朝食が非常に美味しかった。たった一日ですが、とても優しい気持ちになれたホテルです。

女性の風呂が綺麗

大体良かったが、トイレの便座が保温されてなく冷たく、これで少しマイナスを入れました。もう一つ、スリッパに上乗せする使い捨てのシーツは上手くスリッパに固定されずに、すぐに後方にずれてしまいます。粘着テープで固定されても良いのではないかと思います。 女性の風呂はとても綺麗で良かった。満足です。

マットレスが最高！

建物は少し古いと思いますがお部屋はとても綺麗でした。エレベーターの音が少し気になりましたが遅い時間は動いてなかったのでよかったです。お風呂も大浴場がありました。一番よかったのはベットのマットレスが最高でした。朝ごはんも手作りで信州のものが沢山食べれました。是非また泊まりたいです。

駅から１０分位のところに有り、以前から山帰りに良く食事に行く、＜潮騒＞にも近く、松本城までもホテル前の道路を北に上がれば１５分位で行けるので非常に便利である。大浴場は１ヶ所ですが壇上交代制で問題なく利用できるので良いと思います。当日は１階のレストランがあいにくお休みでしたが、通常で有れば地元の手作りメニューの食事が色々あり、また地酒も多種有りおかけ好きにはなお良いと思います。

満足度が高いリースなブルなホテル

駅周辺で値段の安いホテルのうち決めたので、 正直あまり期待はしてなかったのですが、 スタッフの皆さんも親切で、部屋も清潔でした。 ジム施設も利用できます。ホテル内の施設ではなくすぐ近くの スポーツジムと提携しててジムもプールも利用できて、服も水着も無料で借りれました。 8階に漫画も置いてありますし、時間帯によりますが、大浴場も使えます。 ホテル自体は古い方だと思いますが、部屋はいろんなサービスが充実しててまた松本に行くことがあったら泊まりたいと思いました。

Potential deal-breaker: Smoke smell in bathroom

In general, the experience was positive. However, I personally would never stay here again, and that's because of the smoke smell in the bathroom. I believe the air ducts are connected throughout the building and therefore cannot prevent smoke wafting in between. This unfortunately is a deal-breaker for me. However, I'd like to note that my roommate was not bothered by the smoke smell, which was mostly contained in the bathroom (as long as the door was closed) thanks to the complimentary air purifier in the main room.

清潔感溢れるホテル

非常に清潔感溢れコスパにも優れてます。 滞在中バスマットが濡れてしまいホテルの方も気持ち良く持って来てくれました。但しスリッパとバスタブの出た所が濡れると非常に滑りやすくなり転倒しました。対策必要かと思いました。
