As for your observations regarding the shower and steps we can understand your discomfort, but as for the toilets, all our bathrooms are screened by opaque glass doors.As for the keys to the room, I remind you that I Sassi di Matera is a UNESCO World Heritage Site where everything must remain authentic outside the Resort, including the old keys instead of the new electronic badges, I’m sure you will understand.We hope for your come back at Matera and naturally at Pianelle Resort.Best regards.
