"Loved this property. Saverio the owner was so nice and helped us book tour and taxis. There are a few steps to climb but Saverio does the luggage. Breakfast area had the best view. Room was so spacious."

"This hotel was really sweet. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful . Breakfast had so much to offer. They reached out to us before our stay to help navigate our arrival. They arranged a cab to pick us up at the airport. Everything was an A++ We are sharing our first class experience with everyone we know."

"Beautiful room. Modern and spacious. Confortable king size bed. Walking distance to all the touristic places. Inexpensive parking in front of the building. Caferia on first floor. Slept with open windows. No AC, but not needed since our visit was at the end of September. Very very clean. Will stay again if we come back to Matera."

"Great place, best hosts! Strongly recommend!"

"The owner said he didn’t have my reservation but not to worry. He told me to sit down and enjoy lunch on him (he owns a restaurant by the same name)The owner charged me full price for my room and charged me for lunch- he never gave me a bill). Then said he would help me pick up my bags from my car outside the center of Matera. Instead he took me to an occupied apartment and told me this is where I’d be staying. There was nothing available in town (it was a holiday). I kept the key so I would...
