"We had a lovely New year's stay in this cottage, going for coastal walks and getting cosy by the fire when we came back. The cottage is really comfortable, we loved the heated bathroom floors and the well equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed playing a bit of darts and table tennis in the games room. The hosts were so helpful when there was a slight issue when we arrived.. it was really quickly sorted. Highly recommend!"

"This little place a stunning we have the best time and great location There were a couple of things that I would add a long mirror in the bedroom would be great.And the bedding was so hot for this time of year fleece bedding and a feather duvet was a bit much.But we will be back."

"We had a great week at Springfield Linney. The weather was stunning, the accommodation clean & modern, with everything finished to a high standard, an air fryer was an added bonus. The main patio is a real sun trap all day, in the evening the hot tub & back patio are perfect for unwinding & watching the sunset. The garden space was great for our dog, there were cows in the adjacent field just for the final evening but otherwise livestock was far enough away to be unobtrusive. Barnstaple is close by for shopping & Saunton Sands was a great day out. The owner Richard was friendly without intruding, would definitely recommend."
