"Wow, Hotel Koko was seriously awesome! We were there for almost two weeks. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Everything you need is right there – all the stores, and you're surrounded by everything. There are tons of shopping malls and Subway stations, plus all sorts of restaurants.
Everything is walkable, which is a huge plus. I totally recommend this place. Yeah, the rooms are small, so if you need space, maybe get the bigger ones. But for us, it was fine since we're a couple. We didn't mind the small room at all. And we had a bath, which we loved.
Honestly, I really recommend it for the safety. It's also super clean and modern, and they clean the rooms every day unless you don't want them to. It's great!"
"Great location! Two subway stops close by and everything is within walking distance. Check-in and check-out was easy as well! Room size for double beds was a decent size for Tokyo. Highly recommend a stay here."
"This is such a convenient hotel to stay at since it is right next to Tokyo Station. You are able to take a train straight to Narita Airport. The hotel is a bit pricy but because it’s a fancy hotel with great staff who go out of their way. The rooms themselves are also great and the view on either side is also wonderful. If you are on the garden view side, the only negative thing I can think of is that you will hear the train but it’s nothing you can’t ignore since it’s not too loud. I haven’t tried their food but I can imagine it is great as well. I will have to try next time"
"The room was small, but the staff are so lovely and helpful. Beds are comfy and rooms quiet and peaceful. Clean everywhere, the common room was great to eat your own food in. Easy walk to a local station on the ginza line. Would stay again."
