"Hotel is quite old and in need of renovation. Breakfast is reasonable but the dining room is quite small and becomes chaotic at peak times. Staff are generally helpful."

"I do not advise staying at the Ralf Hotel as the front desk staff were rude & unhelpful. The Hotel is well located but the air conditioning was not working & my room was uncomfortably hot across the two separate nights that I stayed in the hotel. I was told that somone from the Hotel staff would come to check the functioning of the air conditioning in my room, but no one ever did. Wi-Fi connectivity was so poor it was effectively unusable & instead, I relied on the data connectivity from my cell phone. "
