PS : Je tiens à signaler que cet hôtel ne prends pas au sérieux les réservations via expédia même si elle est confirmée. Le personnel manquant d’informations et non qualifié. Je remercie le service client d’expédia qui a pu régler le problème même si mon appel a été facturé depuis Alger 😤.

« Excellent séjour à l’hôtel El Aurassi ! » Tout était impeccable : la propreté des lieux, le confort des chambres et la qualité du service. Le personnel est attentif et professionnel. L’hôtel offre une très belle vue et une ambiance paisible. Je recommande sans hésiter !

We had a good time here. However the service at this hotel leaves much to be desired. We had a great experience with Ali from the Algerian restaurant who was warm and helpful at every turn. He stands out as an example of what service could be like here. In contrast the bar staff was contemptuous towards guests. I overheard them insulting me in Arabic as they assumed I didn’t understand the language. Overall expect a mixed bag with service. Everything else is 4-star like experience.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument merveilleux à l’hôtel Al Aurassi. La vue est exceptionnelle et la piscine est immense, un vrai plaisir. J’ai été agréablement surprise par la qualité des installations et par la gentillesse du personnel, toujours attentif. Le personnel a été très ouvert et respectueux, ce qui m’a permis de profiter pleinement de mon séjour en toute sérénité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

le personnel n'est pas aimable, le petit déjeuner de mauvais qualité pas d'ambiance, présence de personne mal saine extérieur de l'hôtel (femmes) je vous laisse deviner le pourquoi elles étaient là. c'est dommage car l'emplacement et l'architecture de l'hôtel est magnifique
