"I recently stayed at New Day Hotel and had a great time! The check-in was super easy, and my room was clean and spacious. The staff was really helpful and friendly, and I really appreciated it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel! "
"We had a good time here. However the service at this hotel leaves much to be desired. We had a great experience with Ali from the Algerian restaurant who was warm and helpful at every turn. He stands out as an example of what service could be like here. In contrast the bar staff was contemptuous towards guests. I overheard them insulting me in Arabic as they assumed I didn’t understand the language. Overall expect a mixed bag with service. Everything else is 4-star like experience."
