Handy location
Loved the gardens and been able to relax with a book to read. Also made use of BBQ to use. Handy to town centre.

Wonderful location with excellent accommodations.
Punctually met by friendly and welcoming manager on arrival . Villa had well appointed upstairs bedroom and bathroom with 2 x single beds with dual aspect windows giving great views. Downstairs has a huge bed, lounge/dining area, kitchen and a roomy bathroom. Everything is in excellent condition, very clean and of good quality throughout. Although only staying overnight on this occasion, the villa would have made a perfect long stay very pleasurable. It is close by the main square so you can walk everywhere easily to the many shops, cafes, bars, etc and it is very close to the main run of vineyards.

Perfect location
Wonderful and spacious stand alone villas. There was a large kitchen, living and dining area, a separate bedroom, good size bathroom and cute front porch. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and private at night, only 7 or 8 villas. Breakfast was not provided, but with the wonderful kitchen we did our own breakfast. We never saw any staff, which was fine with us, we didn’t have an issues and staff communicated with us prior to our arrival on what to do. There is parking onsite. The best part was the location. Walking distance to wineries and to the lovely downtown area of Martinborough where there are lots of restaurants, shops, grocery store etc. Would highly recommend.

Best place to stay in Martinborough
Literally could not be a better place to stay in Martinborough. (Disclosure: this is the only place we stayed) I had initially tried to get a room at the Martinborough Hotel, but so glad we found this place instead. So much character! Location is ideal. Just off the main town square. We actually had a bike race end right in front of the Villa! Also DO NOT MISS the Neighborhood Cafe on the corner. Best place ever. Had breakfast there every morning. Service: the woman who runs the place was very sweet and suggested things we may want to do when we met in passing, but there was no need to check in or out and total privacy if that's what you want! Ideal. Villas are clean and comfortable! Fridge, water kettles, glassware, etc. Cannot wait to come back!

Lovely villas close to town
We had a lovely stay. The villas are very comfortable, clean and modern. They are super close to restaurants and bars. I will definitely be returning.

This is all about location. The cleaners gave us local knowledge and brought us freshly picked citrus fruit.

Great family weekend destination in Martinborough - close to square with restaurants, cafes and shops and only a short bike or drive to vineyards. Lovely place to stay.

Perfect for Us
Three guys who work for a Demolition Company and needed a place to stay overnight. We had no time to enjoy what Martinborough had to offer after a hard days work and having an early start in the morning. The Villa was fantastic. Everything we needed was there. Welcoming, relaxing and hassle free. Would stay here again should we ever return. Highly recommend!!!

Lovely smart, clean and very spacious studio unit in great central location. Some noise carried through the wall from an adjoining room (possibly a fan left running or a washing machine operating) which went on for some time, but otherwise the stay was perfect.

relaxing stay. We travelled to Martinborough by train from Wellington to Featherston, then bus to Martinborough where we were dropped off right outside Pinot Villas

Nice hotel but not managed at night.
Hotel was nice and furnished well. However during our stay there was a party nearby which had disturbing loud music and people until after 3 am. We were unable to sleep and tried to contact the owners/managers to deal with the issue but did not receive a response and the issue was not taken care of. When the owner finally contacted us regarding the issue after 9 am the next morning, he apologized however told us we should have contacted the police (I thought we paid to stay at a hotel for the owner/manager to accommodate us and not to deal with the issues ourselves).

Perfect location
Lovely little place with lovely owners/operators. Place was warm, clean and in the perfect location to access all of Martinborough. Only a stroll away to cafes, pubs, four square and even wineries! Only slight downside was the people staying in the room above us were up at 6am and their walking/stomping woke us up and kept us awake. Otherwise 10 out of 10

Convenient Hotel - within walking distance to town
Lovely and convenient to town central, and a very accommodating hotel owner. Just what you need when you are having a weekend away. Be warned though .... You need to book for dinner if there over a long weekend!
