"The house was very convenient to the beach, Aldi’s, Walmart, and local restaurants & shops. I wasn’t sure how private it was being a guest house, but I never felt that we didn’t have privacy. Our dogs enjoyed the little fenced in yard. We appreciated the updated bathroom and kitchen. The weather was so pleasant a small outdoor area would have been nice, and we missed not having a washer & dryer and dishwasher, but overall it was clean and cozy. We would stay there again! Charming gingerbread cottages and pristine beaches await on this idyllic island off Cape Cod. Bike to the colourful clay cliffs at Aquinnah, then catch the sunset at Menemsha's harbour while savouring fresh-caught seafood.
The location was convenient and close to restaurants, shops and transport. We were located in a downstairs room which was very noisy especially at night. There is a restaurant located right next to our window which had bright lights shining all night and very early morning deliveries. The hotel is attractive and well kept however our room was a little tight with space. Also we found the checkin a bit confusing.

We were pleasantly surprised at the historic nature of the B&B and the ambience of it, beautiful antiques and stylish decoration. Host was very welcoming and extra helpful re nearby ferry service from New Bedford to Martha's Vineyard. His knowledge allowed us to make the most of our stay on the island. Plentiful breakfast provided.
